Sept. 30, 2022 My Caring Plan Icon

My family member lived there. Lost weight-food was nasty over processed over cooked. Drinks offered at snack time was colored water. Health: staff kept wanting me to increase meds. Person got horrible case of Scabies that staff did not treat until I asked what is this all over the body. Person was dirty with unclean hair and clothes. Room:residents come in any time they want, door unlocked clothes taken, damaged and ruined by laundry. Falls: unexplained injuries, left in the hallway unable to move wheelchair with soiled clothes/undergarments. No activities during activity time. Stay away from here.
