I’ve yet to understand how this facility has such high ratings….they broke my grandmothers hip and pelvis, they cracked her ribs and had punctured her lungs causing internal bleeding then they overdosed her on fentanyl patches. The same nurse put both patches on her neglecting to remove the old one at all. I walked in on her overdosing and none of the staff was aware. 1 month later, she passed away from all the injuries. She was only admitted there for a 21 day rehabilitation program and she never got to come home.
