    Old and New Urine smell throughout the Entire facility prolonged breathing or highly concentrated urine could be a problem. Sharp ammonia odor from urine can be irritating to the lungs throat and eyesThey higher uppers whose offices are level 1 don’t care because they aren’t working on the other floors to smell that nasty Ammonia urine so they don’t do nothing about it Especially the elevators Old Dirty Broken Down Beds Railings Are Not I Repeat Not Sturdy All Patients wash sinks in rooms have Black Rings Dirt Soap Scum No standard Bleach Or Isopropyl Alcohol Wipes To Wipe Down Tables On no Floor they have Roaches everywhere Patients Have No Grip Socks no Clothes No Slippers They Walk Around With Dirty Clothes Room Doors Are Dirty Room Floors Are filthy They Don’t Wipe Down Patients Wheel Chairs That Smell Like urine No Chuck pads for patients bed Dirty Warned Down Pillows Don’t Take Care Of Patients Clothing Or Closet Do Not bring Your love one Here I’m calling 311 the health department and leaving a review on every single platform something this place needs to get shut down expeditiously They don’t have ice / water machines in pantry’s they distribute water out of coolers that u use at a BBQ in the park they don’t have utensils to distribute food on plates they use tissue. This place needs to be shut down and they need to be investigated
