Reviews
This prison is a joke, check All sites reviews they are the same reviews they are responded to the same and the higher percentage are written by staff or written by paid off residents and family the ratings for this facility are out dated and to say the least incorrect,This facilitie is on the national nursing home register look it up as well as this place is manged by Vivage Owned by Birch they have many facilities in many states Slot of Shut down due to Death, Abuse, Overdose of meds , Wrong meds, Unattended wounds to server infection that resulted in amputations then results in death there is no 2 hour bed checks for any resident, Residents are left all night in urine socked,💩filled dippers all nite, food is under portion ,hot food is cold, and cold food is warm below serving guidelines there for resulting in food posing, and stomach bacteria 🧫🧪,no CDC cleaning measures of any kind And residents are not fully vaccines,The staff get the doses first then there is Not enough for residents they make residents sing the waiver stating they received the vaccine when they don't,then if residents speak up about this the make false statement to health department saying residents has a community illness in attempt to contain the resident , Because legally they can't detain a resident in any manner. The facility is over run by Rats and the Wednesday meat supise meal is Rat because it's less costly to feed the dogs (residents) rat then to purchase fresh meat or to hier an exterminator
