Reviews
Absolutely terrible! The only reason I gave it a star is because I have a few friends that work on the staff. When I first took my mom there in Oct. 2021, it wasn’t terrible! She had some issues with adjusting to not being in her home, food was nasty, and somewhat smelly. BUT, since the first of the year, it’s just changed! If you ask a question to the staff…no one knows! Food in nasty! The place smells and is filthy! Some of the workers are rude! Now, everyone is leaving….overworked employees and agency employees that don’t know me or my mom. I do NOT recommend The Retreat at Fishersville at all.
