    Review Summary

The following is an AI generated summary of the reviews of the community from across the web.

The reviews for this senior living facility are mixed, with some highlighting positive experiences and others expressing serious concerns. Several reviews mention neglect, unclean conditions, and inadequate staffing, with reports of residents not being fed, showered, or cleaned properly. Complaints include unattended call lights, unsanitary conditions, and a lack of responsiveness from management. One review specifically mentions a resident's sheets not being changed despite being soiled, and another describes having to clean a bathroom themselves due to a lack of staff.

On the other hand, some reviews praise the facility under new management, noting great experiences, dedicated and professional rehab personnel, and a caring staff. Positive comments mention the cleanliness of the facility, the polite and courteous staff, and the exceptional care provided to residents. There are mentions of strong connections formed between staff and residents, and some families express gratitude for the care their loved ones received.

However, the negative reviews raise concerns about the overall quality of care and management's attention to residents' needs. Issues with communication, documentation, and the handling of medications are noted, alongside complaints about the quality of food provided. Despite the positive experiences shared by some, the prevalence of negative feedback suggests a need for improvement in certain areas, particularly in staffing, cleanliness, and resident care.

Where to begin. Having a doctor ask if I had blood drawn, which I didn't. Turns out they took someone else's blood. Not taking vital signs for days, when they should be taken at least twice a day. Hitting the call button and nobody showing up for 45 minutes. Not getting all of my meds like I should. Sometimes the dosage is short, some times not getting the meds at all because they ran out. Horrible, horrible meals. Seriously, limpy onion rings, half cooked fries, crunchy rice (yes, crunchy, partially cooked rice) and something either missing or wrong with almost every meal. And almost anything that should be hot is cold. The staff is about 50/50 acceptable. Some CNA's really care and go above and beyond. Others , when the come into the room after ringing the bell just say "What!?". After
