The following is an AI generated summary of the reviews of the community from across the web.
Reviews for the senior living facility present a mixed picture, with some expressing significant dissatisfaction while others praise the care and environment provided.
One review harshly criticizes the facility, accusing it of treating patients poorly, focusing solely on financial gain, and providing inadequate food. The reviewer advises against choosing this place for loved ones.
Conversely, several reviews highlight positive experiences, mentioning the caring, empathetic staff, and the lovely grounds. One person felt a significant relief after meeting with their son's care team, and another expressed gratitude for the staff's involvement and care during a 7-month stay, specifically thanking certain nurses and CNAs for going above and beyond.
Some reviews note improvements under new administration, describing the facility as a great place for rehabilitation and praising the efficient administrator and staff for their compassion, promptness, and personal interaction with families.
However, there are also complaints about unhelpful front desk service, difficulty in communication with staff, and serious concerns about resident safety and response times to emergencies.
On a positive note, several reviews commend specific staff members for their friendliness, professionalism, and the overall competent care provided. One licensed psychologist working at the facility praises the team for their exceptional care and compassion, highlighting the clean and comfortable environment.
In summary, while there are significant concerns raised by some, others have had positive experiences, particularly noting improvements in care and administration. Prospective residents and their families may want to consider these varied experiences when making a decision.
Reviews
Tried to move our mother to a better facility and an employee of their social services office tried to refuse the transfer. She had been begging us to move her from the first day she arrived. This employee actually lied saying she had told him she wanted to stay and we didnât have a say in her transfer. This place is a scam only concerned with getting paid and not what is best for their patients. Filing a grievance to help protect others from their deceitful practices.
