Reviews
Administrator is completely unresponsive and staff processed insurance forms incorrectly. It's been over two months and the issue still isn't rectified. The facility is filthy. Soiled adult diapers litter the grounds. Resident's room furniture is in dangerous disrepair (heavy rusting, splintered veneer on the bed's foot board, closet door not correctly positioned on the track...) and could cause serious injuries. The food is inedible and nauseating to even look at. There have been two instances of meds not being given to the resident. If pictures of these disgusting conditions could be attached to this review, they'd be here. There are many.
