The care provided my Mom was inconsistent and at times poor.Cleanliness and attention to residents was an issue, There seem to be some staff members that are caring, but certainly not enough, The PT staff services did a good job. Administration was Very poor. Particularly Social Services that ranged from incompetent to deceitful.
