Reviews for the senior living facility show a mix of experiences. Some reviewers express dissatisfaction, mentioning issues such as inadequate care, poor communication, and lack of proper facilities. One review specifically mentions a negative experience related to stroke rehab and isolation due to vaccination status, while another talks about a lack of basic amenities and medication management for a post-back surgery patient. Concerns about staff competency and attentiveness, particularly in handling medications and emergency situations, were also raised.
On the other hand, many reviews praise the facility for its attentive staff, excellent physical and occupational therapy, and overall care quality. Positive experiences highlight the quality of food, the cleanliness of the facility, and the effectiveness of rehabilitation services. Several reviewers specifically commend the therapy department, the social workers, and the nursing staff for their dedication and hard work. The facility's environment, including room amenities and the availability of additional services like hair and nail care, also received positive mentions.
Despite the mixed reviews, many individuals express gratitude towards the staff for their care and support, recommending the facility to others in need of rehabilitation services. The facility's commitment to patient well-being and comfort is noted, with several reviewers mentioning specific staff members by name for their exceptional service.

Reviews
I have had nothing but bad experiences with this facility. They didn't arrange transportation on the discharge day as requested and billed us for an extra day for THEIR error. I tried to explain the error to the billing office both in person and on the phone only to be interrupted repeatedly. I literally had to tell the incredibly rude person I was speaking with to let me finish talking because I was trying to understand the bill and she still interrupted me and talked over me numerous times! There was a missing page in the bill resulting in hidden charges. And the discharge paperwork and prescriptions were not sent to the assisted living facility which resulted in my mother not receiving her medication for 2 days. This place is by far the absolute worst run and disorganized rehab facility I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. If I could post this review with zero stars, I would.
