Reviews
The first 2 3/4 years were very good, with an occasional less than good CNA who didn't last long. The last 3 months with new administration in place went downhill quickly. Patient care was terrible. We moved to another facility even though it meant driving 23 miles instead of 10 to visit. It did, however, mean I could visit as long as I chose each day instead of only 30 minutes. The atmosphere and cooperation among the administration and all workers was a joy compared to Granby House. I should have moved him as soon as the new admin came in, but I kept thinking it would get better. It only got worse.
