Graiceful Hearts Assisted Living Center is the most disfunctional and poorly managed facility that I have ever seen. The residents fight amongst themselves and threaten each other with severe harm and death on a daily basis. The house manager doesn't seem to care at all, because he never intervenes or tries to de-escalate the situation. There is no respect or trust between the residents and the house manager. The house manager is completely heartless, apathetic and uncaring, unless visitors, co-workers or his bosses are present. Several residents have disabilities that the house manager is just ignoring or even taking advantage of. I live here and I am witness to all of the trouble around here . Two of the residents, Brett and Dan, have military training and very violent tendencies and have threatened me personally. Nobody is safe in this house, because the house manager has the only other key to the bedrooms here. From 7pm-5am, he hides in his office and does not like to be disturbed for any reason, even if one of the residents is badly hurt or needs emotional or mental support .
