Reviews
Extremely sad place. Beside a handful of good people everything else about this place is horrible. This facility has a high employee turnover in which often leads to bad management. There’s also nepotism among management which leads to Neglect, abuse, and poor quality of care. Grievances are never addressed. Understaffing is always an issue another contributor to poor quality of care. Lack of professionalism among staff. They recently changed visitation hours from 10-8pm to protect patients safety from outside visitors when the abuse and neglect is happening inside. So if you want your loved one at a place with Poor quality of care, no transparency and no accountability this is the place. If I can give it no stars I would. Some serious change needs to happen.
