We drove for hours to check this place out because it had gotten some good reviews. However, we found the opposite when we got there. The noise is a huge issue, which immediately makes it a 2-star place. They also have a real bad iguana problem; we saw them everywhere. The grounds are not being taken care of properly. The pond on the side of the building smells like rotten sewage and is covered with a slick. Most of the staff was relaxing and did not seem to be working at all. some Residents warned us about the noise level they said it was areal problem. We were so disappointed because we made a journey to get there.
