I would give it zero if i could. They are a concentration for the dementia . They used morphine and lorazepam to sedate my mother and control her and did not tell us they were doing it until after she died from overdose . She was technically murdered. I got all her medical records and vitals perfect. They held her down she was refusing meds and fighting for her life and died immediately after last dose. My sibling and me had no idea. My mom died with her last breath in fear alone. I have severe sadness anger and anxiety. I miss my mom. I dont want this to happen to anyone elses loved ones. This place need to be shut down. As god as my witness this is true do not trust them with your love one it obviously part of medicaid fraud too.
