DECEPTION - FRAUD - DECEPTION To Anthology Management: My mother lived at your facility from mid Nov. 2022 through mid March 2023. Why did she move out? Your deception of unit pricing, your inability to ever give us an itemized list of charges, disorganized "on-boarding" experience, showing up in the rain with my mother for a 4pm meeting pre move-in and no staff showed up, keeping her under lock down for 10 days for a 24 hour fever called "covid" whereas the CDC said a lock down would be only for 5 days, and that incurred us extra charges for meal delivery and extra care which she did not need, double charging us for the $3000 deposit, yes it was refunded, but after 3 requests never receiving a receipt for the deposit, never fixing her hard to open kitchen and bathroom drawers, emails never answered, calls never returned, repeated requests to adjust the malfunctioning thermostat, urine stained caulking around the toilet base never got redone, never fixing the front door that kept slamming shut on all of your wheel chair clients, increasing the price of guest meals after we were quoted a lower price, need I say more? How convenient you aren't listed on the Better Business Bureau, but I WILL find another public forum, I keep my promises.
