    Review Summary

The following is an AI generated summary of the reviews of the community from across the web.

Reviews of the senior living facility present a mixed picture, with several families expressing gratitude for the care and attention their loved ones received, while others share distressing experiences.

    • Many reviewers praise the staff for being wonderful, caring, and patient, especially with challenging situations. The facility's cleanliness and the quality of food receive high marks, contributing to a warm, home-like atmosphere.
    • Therapy services are highlighted positively, with noticeable improvements in residents' conditions being attributed to the dedicated therapy team.
    • However, some reviews raise serious concerns about the level of care, including instances of neglect, such as residents being left unattended in unsanitary conditions, leading to health complications like urinary tract infections.
    • Communication issues between the staff and families, as well as perceived understaffing and lack of training, are mentioned as significant problems. These issues reportedly affect the quality of care and the overall experience for both residents and their families.
    • There are also complaints about administrative and operational aspects, including billing disputes and the facility's handling of specific health conditions, which some families found lacking or inadequate.
    • Despite the criticisms, some reviews defend the facility, suggesting that negative experiences may not reflect the overall standard of care. These reviewers recommend visiting and assessing the facility personally.

In summary, while there are numerous accounts of positive experiences focusing on the staff's care and the facility's amenities, there are equally concerning reports of neglect and mismanagement. Prospective residents and their families are advised to conduct thorough research and consider all feedback before making a decision.

The Lodge was very clean and food was good my dad said they pick and choose their resident the staff do.they are very understaffed my dad hated it there because administrator told all his business like he didn’t have any insurance but complained about everything he just hated that every Friday they had chicken or fish I think but a lot of times they was serving old food one of the workers told him the food truck didn’t come so they had to give him some left over food that was from two days before. Please watch where you put your love ones they will act like they care but just be truly there for the coins and don’t pay the workers nothing that’s why they don’t take care the residents like the should they giving all the money to agencies instead of the workers who arethere faithfully for the residents they bring in agencies who don’t care just their for a quick buck don’t know nothing about the residents needs or wants.
